1. Use glass slide material and photographs to identify lesions from a variety of slides and specimen types.
2. Gain experience in recognizing diseases as well as presentations of common diseases.
3. Use the program as a benchmark for diagnostic performance and as a source of information for quality improvement.
4. Build a library of valuable instructional materials and reference guides provided by the program for future use.
