Critically Needed Positions: Relocation Incentive |

It is the policy of The Queen's Medical Center to maintain a staff of
competent, qualified employees to deliver quality patient care and other
services provided by the Medical Center. When the Medical Center
experiences difficulty in filling specific position vacancies, the position may
be declared a "critically needed position".
The Queen's Medical Center offers a competitive relocation package for
Critically Needed Positions relocating from out of state. The package includes a
$5000.00 relocation bonus as well as temporary housing for the first 30 days in
Honolulu. Critically needed hires from the neighbor islands are eligible for a
$750.00 relocation bonus. The relocation bonus is based on a commitment of 18
months in a position of 36 hours per week or greater.
