Check-out time is before 11:00 am on the day of your discharge. Transportation should be arranged in advance with your family, a taxi or Handivan. If you need help, contact a member of your health care team.
All HMSA 65C Plus, HPH - Classic and Kaiser Senior Plan members are required to sign the Notification of Medicare Appeal Rights the day of discharge. If you do not receive this from your Patient Services Representative, please call 808.547.4210. Be aware that you may need to stop at the Pharmacy and/or Patient Financial Services before leaving The Queen's Medical Center.
