To make reservations, cancellations, or changes please call direct to
808.547.4606. From the neighbor islands, call toll free to 1.800.342.5901, ext.
4606. You may also fax your reservation request to 808.537.7821; or email your

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 11:30am, and 12:30pm – 3:30pm.
Check-in time is after 12:30pm. You may register earlier, however, and if your
room is not ready upon your arrival your luggage may be stored in the office
until it is ready. After hours and weekend check-ins are done at the The Queen’s
Medical Center’s Admitting office on Nalani I.
Depending on occupancy levels, vacant rooms may be available at the
Admitting Office for after office hours and weekend needs.
Although The Off Island Referral Program is located on the campus of the
Medical Center, our street address is different. We are located on the Diamond
Head (east) side of the Medical Center campus at 1250 Lauhala Street.
