COVID-19 TESTING AT QUEEN'S-WEST OAHU:

The Queen’s Medical Center - West Oahu will open a drive-through testing tent today in the hospital visitor parking lot. Hours are from 10:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. Testing is by appointment ONLY through the Queen’s COVID-19 Infoline at 808-691-2619. Those who have symptoms should call the infoline first to see if they qualify for testing.

VISITOR POLICY REMINDER FOR PUNCHBOWL, WEST OAHU, MOLOKAI GENERAL, AND NORTH HAWAII COMMUNITY HOSPITAL:

*Only 1 visitor per patient.  Exceptions do apply.

WEST OAHU UPDATED VISITOR POLICY:

Starting Friday, March 20 the West Oahu dining room will move to take-out service only to encourage social distancing.  To support social distancing, please decide what you would like to order before arriving to the dining room.  Visitors will be encouraged to order a guest meal tray to be delivered at the same time as the patient’s meal tray.  We thank you for your understanding as we work together to ensure the safety of our patients, colleagues, and healthcare environment.

FOOD SERVICES

  • No self-service items, which includes the salad bar, oatmeal station, soup station. Oatmeal and soup will be served from behind the counter.
  • Grab and Go salads available in our Simply to Go Case.
  • Café Aloha on the First Floor will have a warmer so that we can provide additional grab and go hot food items and meals downstairs.
  • We will continue our Innovation station; however all toppings will be served by food service staff

We are taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of our patients, visitors, and caregivers.  Effective March 16 we will limit hospital access, and adjust visiting hours and rules to decrease potential exposure to COVID-19.
