Cancer Survivorship Seminar – Building Your Cancer Survivorship Toolkit
Kristy Fujinaga, RN, BSN, OCN is the Clinical Nurse Navigator for Cancer Survivors at The Queen’s Medical Center. She received her baccalaureate degree from The University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2015 and received her Oncology Nursing Certification in 2018. She has worked with oncology patients throughout her entire career and has grown to understand the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. Her goal is to empower patients through awareness of the tools and resources available to them. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
