Stop the Bleed Workshop

The Stop the Bleed campaign is an initiative developed by a federal interagency workgroup convened by the National Security Council Staff and The White House. The purpose of the program is to build national resilience by better preparing the public to save lives and raising awareness of basic actions to stop life-threatening bleeding in the event of emergencies or man-made and natural disasters.

This FREE workshop is led by The Queen's Medical Center's Injury Prevention and Outreach team to empower attendees by teaching them proper techniques for bleeding control, including how to use their hands to apply dressings and tourniquets. The workshop is a lecture format along with hands-on demonstrations.

Join us to help Stop the Bleed. Save a Life.

This workshop is located in the Queen Emma Tower, 7th Floor, Ewa Conference Room. Please meet at the Lobby Level Information desk to be escorted to the classroom.

Register online or call 808-691-7059 for more information.
