Pregnancy - YOGA: How to stay calm while your body is changing

During this time of uncertainty, we want to ensure that moms are getting the resources and support they need! Through careful collaboration with our Women’s Health Physical Therapy, Nutrition Services, Maternity Services, and Integrative Wellness Department, we bring you our 1st Pregnancy and Postpartum Series!

This series will include a 30 minutes of exercise followed by a 15 minute discussion with our queens expert to give you information on topics like improving diastasis recti, tips for getting your breast pump, optimizing milk supply, nutrition for the postpartum period, and how to stay mindful and calm during times of transition.

Pregnancy and Postpartum classes alternate each week. Classes are Fridays for the month of June and July at 10am. Sign up for the Pregnancy or the Postpartum series and we will email you the information.
