The National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a 12-month program and will be offered monthly. Each week, a new session will be available online for the participant to view. This is a private 1-minute online assessment to gauge your risk of pre-diabetes. If your online assessment comes up positive for potential pre-diabetes, you will be eligible for the program.

A provider will contact each individual that qualifies and will discuss the program details and objectives.

Type2 Diabetes is a terrible disease that can be prevented if you take action before it’s too late! Take steps now before it affects you and your family. A majority of the participants in this program succeed and reduce their blood-work levels to normal levels.
