LOCATION: The Salvation Army Kroc Center - Hawai‘i ‘Ewa Beach, O‘ahu
The Queen’s Root Cause Analysis Certificate Program is a one-day statewide course that will help participants learn to efficiently lead and complete an RCA investigation in the health care setting. Participants learn techniques and strategies to conduct an effective process. Participants will receive tools and templates that can be adapted to their own organizational needs. Participants will be able to earn an RCA Training Certificate upon completion of the course and successfully passing a knowledge assessment exam. This program is geared for healthcare workers, risk managers, patient safety officers, healthcare leaders, and other individuals whose jobs require them to perform adverse event analysis.
