Survivor Stroke Online Support Group: How to Thrive on our Islands After Stroke
Stroke survivors on all Hawaiian Island are invited to join other survivors online to discuss how to thrive after a stroke. The support group is FREE and will have an emphasis on a specific topic. Participants can expect guest speakers and time for open dialogue during the session.
