“Loke” Lokenani Souza was selected as North Hawai’i Community Hospital’s APRN of the year.  Mandi Cummings, APRN, and chair of the QHS APRN committee, was on hand at the Primary Care Clinic to surprise Loke with this special recognition.  This is the first time that The Queen’s Health System has expanded the APRN recognition to NHCH.

Loke was recognized for being a hardworking, compassionate and caring provider who sees the full spectrum of primary care patients, from keiki to kupuna.

Loke has a reputation for working well with our providers as well as staff, is always willing to teach and help others,  and always has a smile!

Loke is a graduate of the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene, Family Nurse Practitioner Program.  In addition to being a certified family nurse practitioner, she is also a certified wound, ostomy and continence specialist, certified integrative aromatherapist, and certified reiki master.
