Give everyone on your list the gift of health by protecting them from serious COVID-19 with a vaccination!
COVID-19 vaccinations are available at QNHCH to anyone age 5 years and up with no appointment necessary. The vaccination clinic is open every Wednesday and Friday for first-time shots, second shots, or boosters. Vaccinations for anyone over age 12 are available Wednesdays and Fridays, from 7 am – 11 am. Vaccinations for ages 5-11 years are available Wednesdays and Fridays, from 12 noon – 4 pm.


Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Booster shots are available for anyone age 18 and above; no pre-existing conditions are required. To receive a booster, you must have received your second dose of Pfizer or Moderna at least SIX months ago, or your J&J dose at least TWO month ago. The QNHCH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic is located in the annex on the south side of hospital campus near emergency room). The vaccination clinic will be closed December 24 and 31.
