Geriatric Services at The Queen’s Medical Center provides a range of services to address the needs of the elderly and their families. Our specially trained team provides comprehensive geriatric care in the following settings:

  • Outpatient clinic: provides consultations to seniors and geriatric patients
  • Hospital consult service: provides assistance to patients who are hospitalized with complications
  • Post-acute care: providing medical care to patients who are discharged from Queen’s and subsequently require short-term rehabilitation in a nursing home
  • Housecall program: visits to homebound patients with a team of doctors and nurse practitioners

We also offer a general consult clinic for Geriatric Medicine on-site at Molokai General Hospital.
