Becoming a Patient

Thank you for choosing Queen’s for your care. Your surgeon or Primary Care Physician (PCP) may refer you to the Pre-Surgery Center to complete paperwork and testing prior to your surgery. The procedures done at the Pre-Surgery Center will help us know if you have any conditions that might negatively impact the outcome of your surgery.

Ask your doctor to refer you for care at the Pre-Surgery Center at The Queen’s Medical Center if you have not already been referred.
