A Patient Relations representative from The Queen’s Medical Center - West Oahu serves as your advocate, providing a link between you and the hospital. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Contact the Patient Relations department at 808-691-3120 or by the online form below.

  • Questions about patient rights and responsibilities

  • Provision of language services, including interpreters and translated documents
