Pulmonology Services at The Queen’s Medical Center – West O‘ahu provides evaluation, diagnosis and well-coordinated treatment plans for patients with chronic lung and respiratory diseases. Our multidisciplinary care team treats a wide variety of conditions that can affect your lungs and ability to breathe, including:

  • Bronchoscopy
  • Lung cancer screening
  • Pulmonary Function Test
  • Oxygen saturation/oximetry
  • Radiology services
  • Sleep studies
  • Spirometry

How to refer a patient:

  1. Complete our referral form: DOWNLOAD FORM
  2. Provide a complete demographic sheet with insurance information
  3. Provide the latest progress notes with any relevant laboratory results
  4. Fax all documents to 808-691-3760
  5. Authorization will be procured, if applicable
  6. Once authorization is approved your patient will be called to schedule a new appointment
