Infusion Treatment Center

The Queen’s Medical Center – West O‘ahu offers infusion services located at the Sullivan Care Center for patients who may not require hospitalization. We focus on your comfort while delivering the highest level of care. Our clinical care team consists of highly trained professionals working together to ensure the highest level of care and patient safety. Team members include clinical pharmacists, and infusion nurses. The team also provides patients and caregivers with education about their therapy regimen.

Conditions We Treat

We also treat other conditions with specialty infusion therapy, such as Crohn’s disease, hemophilia, immune deficiencies, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and congestive heart failure. Ask your primary care doctor for a referral or call our offices for more information on becoming a patient.

We offer a full spectrum of infusion services for patients who may not require hospitalization, and prefer the ease and convenience of clinical appointments. Our Center offers spacious, private bays in a comfortable setting.

How to refer a patient

  1. Complete our referral form
  2. Provide a complete demographic sheet with insurance information
  3. Provide the latest progress note with any relevant laboratory results
  4. Provide approved prior authorization from the insurance company
  5. Fax all documents to 808-691-3790
