North Hawaii Community Hospital Welcomes New Primary Care Physician

North Hawai’i Community Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Thomas Au has joined the Primary Care Clinic at North Hawai’i Health & Wellness.

Dr. Au graduated from the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawaii and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center in San Francisco, California.   Dr. Au is a Fellow of America College of Physicians, the specialty society for internal medicine.

Dr. Au brings 40 years of experience in private practice in internal medicine in Honolulu to North Hawai’i, fulfilling a lifelong dream of practicing medicine in the Big Island.  As one of the first graduates of the John A. Burns School of Medicine at the University of Hawai’i, Dr. Au affirms a strong commitment to the people of Hawai’i in promoting wellness and health.

Dr. Au is located at the North Hawai’i Health & Wellness Primary Care Clinic in the Hale Ola Pono Health Center, 65-1267 Kawaihae Rd., in Kamuela.   For appointments with Dr. Au or any other health care provider, please call 887-CARE.
