Welcome to Dr. Arun Rajagopal who has joined Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital, heading up a new specialty at QNHCH – pain management. A graduate of University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Rajagopal completed his internship at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC, and his residency and fellowship at University of New Mexico Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM.
Dr. Rajagopal is board certified in anesthesiology and subspecialty certified in pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Prior to joining QNHCH, Dr. Rajagopal was a founding member and managing partner of Utah Pain Specialists, 2006-2020, a member of Millcreek Anesthesia, 2003 – 2006, and Assistant Professor at MD Anderson Cancer Center, 1998-2003. In his free time, Dr. Rajagopal enjoys travel, reading, current events, and golf.
