The Queen’s Medical Center has been named the top hospital in Hawaiʻi in U.S. News & World Report’s 2026–2027 Best Hospitals rankings and ratings released today. This marks the 14th straight year that Queen’s has earned the #1 spot.
In addition, Queen’s orthopedics program was ranked #11 in the nation, placing it among the country’s highest-ranked orthopedic programs.
The annual Best Hospitals report is designed to assist patients and their doctors in making informed decisions about choosing the right hospital for them.

U.S. News evaluated nearly 4,500 hospitals across 14 medical specialties and 23 common procedures and conditions. Hospitals awarded a “Best” designation excelled in areas such as clinical outcomes, nursing care, and patient experience.
