Telehealth Visits
at The Queen’s Health System

Telehealth connects patients with providers from different locations, enabling providers to deliver the right care at the right time using videoconferencing technology.

The Queen’s Health System offers a range of telehealth services to patients across the Hawaiian Islands, including:

  • Video Visits – Connecting providers to patients at home
  • Clinic to Clinic Telehealth – Connecting specialists from one clinic to patients at another

A telehealth visit with your Queen’s provider can serve as an alternative to an in-person visit.  Telehealth visits help patients save time traveling to a clinic or hospital by having a video call with your healthcare provider on your mobile device or computer, from home, work, or on the go.

Telehealth visits are similar to an in-person visit. During a telehealth visit your provider may:

Ask your Queen’s healthcare provider about telehealth visits when scheduling your next appointment.

You can receive telehealth services at all Queen’s locations
