QNHCH VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT

Are you looking for more meaning in your life?  Do you want to do something that is satisfying and of great service to your community?  Consider becoming a Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital volunteer!

Volunteers ages 16 and up are needed to support QNHCH patients and their families.  No special skills are required. The only qualification required is your desire to help others.

Volunteers perform a variety of duties such as:

  • Escort patients
  • Greet visitors and provide directions
  • Deliver comfort items to patients
  • Gift shop
  • Office duties
  • Deliver supplies
  • Healing Touch & Reiki
  • Pet therapy
  • Garden maintenance
  • Information technology support
  • Read to patients
