Patient Relations

The Social Services department serves as your Patient Relations advocate, providing a link between you and the hospital. You may contact a social worker at 808-553-3118. A social worker is available 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. 

They can assist you with:

  • Questions about patient rights and responsibilities
  • Compliments or concerns about care and services
  • Provision of language services, including interpreters and translated documents
