Community Health Needs Assessment Report

The Healthcare Association of Hawaii (HAH), along with The Queen’s Medical Center and its other member hospitals, including Queen's North Hawaii Community Hospital, conducted a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify areas of health needs.

The findings are drawn from extensive data analysis about vulnerable populations and/or populations with unmet health needs.

Queen's North Hawaii Community Hospital has identified availability of care and mental health needs as the priority health needs to be addressed, with an overarching goal to promote and improve community health for the people of Hawaii. We recognize that making a significant impact will require collaboration with other like-minded organizations and individuals. We will continue to work and build partnerships with the community to help make a difference in the health of all.
