QNHCH Patients Receive Special Christmas Day Visitor

Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital patients and staff had a special visitor Christmas morning.  Darby the miniature horse surprised patients and staff with an early morning visit complete with sleigh bells.  Darby is one of Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital’s pet therapy animals and also the nation’s Pet of the Year.

Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital’s pet therapy teams visit with patients, visitors and staff, bringing comfort, healing and joy throughout the year.
