Shadowing opportunities at The Queen’s Health Systems are available to students ages 16 and above. For those who are interested in a career in healthcare, shadowing can provide an in-depth experience with valuable insight through observation of professionals in the workplace.

For those that are interested, you will need to secure your own Queen’s employed sponsor who must agree to be responsible for you during your shadowing hours. In addition, you will need to complete our application process and receive clearance before your first day of shadowing. Please allow a minimum of six weeks for processing all shadowing requests.

Looking to give your time to make a difference? Be a volunteer! Our volunteer program offers a unique opportunity for you to play a valuable role at our various campuses.
