The Queen’s Health System Announces Details of COVID-19 Vaccinations For Those 6 Months – 4 Years Old

Covid-19 Vaccine for 6 months-4 years old

The Queen’s Health System (Queen’s) began accepting appointments today for COVID-19 vaccinations for those 6 months – 4 years old.

Vaccinations will be administered by appointment only and can be made by calling 808-691-2222.

Vaccination sites on O‘ahu are as follows:

Queen’s Medicine Pediatrics Clinic  Queen’s Physicians Office Building 3 Suite 502 550 S. Beretania Street  Wednesdays & 2nd/4th Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Queen Emma ClinicsThe Queen’s Medical Center Ground Level 1301 Punchbowl StreetTuesdays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
EmPower Health91-6390 Kapolei ParkwayMonday & Friday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Hours are subject to change based on vaccine availability.  The clinics listed above will be offering only the Pfizer vaccine, which is a three-dose series.

Parking for vaccination at the clinics located at The Queen’s Medical Center will be free for the first hour at any Queen’s parking garage.

Vaccinations at Queen’s North Hawai‘i Community Hospital and Molokai General Hospital will be announced soon.
