There are two ways you can be a donor: 

1. Living kidney donation

   • Register to be a living donor by completing our confidential online health screening questionnaire. Go to https://queens.donorscreen.org
2. Register as a deceased donor so that at the time of death, your donation wishes may be fulfilled.
