Respiratory Care
When you can’t breathe, nothing else matters. Respiratory Care Services at The Queen’s Health Systems offers comprehensive and nationally awarded, quality respiratory care. Respiratory Care Services treat all patients, from neonatal to geriatric, who experience difficulty breathing or are unable to breathe on their own.
Our Team
Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCPs) are vital members of the health care team, offering a unique skills set in the diagnosis, intervention, and management of patients with respiratory diseases and disorders. They serve patients across all areas of the hospital, responding to emergent calls to manage life support equipment for patients who can’t breathe on their own. RCPs educate patients and families about lung disease so they can maximize their recovery.
