Positions Available:

  • Emergency Room Technician
    The ER Techs in our busy Emergency Departments work closely with our RNs and physicians in treating patients. ER Techs are primarily responsible for setting up, doing, and monitoring EKGs and placing patients on monitors, as well as splinting and treating wounds. ER Techs need to have the skills to adapt to an unpredictable and fast-paced environment.
  • Instrument Specialist
    Performs a variety of instrument processing, supply and distribution functions. Disassembles, cleans, sterilizes and/or tests surgical instrument sets and trays. Operates department equipment, such as a sterilizer, washer/sterilizer and or decontamination equipment. Performs supply, material and inventory control related functions and activities as necessary. Interprets and responds to requests from physicians, staff and other departments and resolves instrument problems in a timely manner.
  • Medical Assistant
    Performs patient care duties and treatment based on specific needs under the direction of a registered nurse and/or physician. Administers an documents prescribed medications and medical treatment as ordered by the physician. One year experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient setting highly preferred. (BLS/HCP by AHA required)
  • Nursing Assistant
    Performs a variety of duties pertaining to patient care, patient transportation, material and supply distribution and equipment assembly. Prepares for and assists nurses and physicians with selected procedures, taking and recording patient temperature, blood pressure, assisting with ambulation, transfer of patients, and responding to patient call lights. Recent experience in an acute care setting preferred. (BLS/HCP by AHA required)
  • Physician Practice Assistant
    Performs administrative and related patient care functions and activities to support the physician practice as assigned, such as registration, scheduling and checks in patients. Will answers phones, billing and coding and order supplies. Assists with patient care duties as assigned, communicates pertinent information to patient and family, documents patient’s chart, assists in maintenance of exam rooms, medical equipment and supplies. Experience to demonstrate knowledge of pharmacology, one year direct patient care experience and completion of an accredited MA program. (BLS/HCP by AHA required)
  • Surgical Technician
    Certified Surgical Technologists work with our OR RNs, surgeons and other members of the surgical team in our ORs in delivering high-quality patient care. The Queen’s Surgical Techs are valued members of our team who complete their tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
