Visitor Information at The Queen’s Medical Center – West O‘ahu

The Queen’s Health System is committed to the health and safety of our patients, caregivers and community. Our #1 priority is you.

The Queen’s Medical Center – Punchbowl and The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oʻahu will be allowing up to two (2) visitors at a time, with protocols in place to maintain a safe environment.

The following visitor guidelines will be in place:

• Visiting hours will be from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
• Visitors must wear a mask
• Visitors must be 18 years of age or older
• For everyone’s safety, visitors are not permitted for COVID patients (exceptions may be made for begining of life and end of life care)
• Additional visitors may be allowed for obstetric, pediatric and newborn patients on QET10.

Patients with a scheduled appointment or procedure at an outpatient clinic/department may continue to be accompanied by one caregiver.

The safety of our patients and caregivers remains our highest priority.  We continue to proactively follow Federal and State guidelines to implement precautions to ensure we are a safe place to deliver and receive high-quality, compassionate health care to all of the people of Hawaii.

Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Features local specials and fresh, healthy options.

Monday – Friday: 6:30 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 6:30 am – 6:30 pm

Concierge Services

Phone ordering 7 days a week.

Café Aloha Coffee

Located in the Lobby, Café Aloha serves Starbucks coffee, cold beverages, pastries, freshly made sandwiches, and salads.

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30AM – 4:00 PM

Gift Shop & Flowers

Located in the Lobby, the Gift Shop offers a wide selection of gifts, cards, flowers, sundries, and snacks. Gift Shop staff will be happy to help you with your selections and to deliver purchased items within the hospital.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30AM – 4:00PM; Saturday, Sunday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm; Holidays: closed.
