After being discharged from North Hawaii Community Hospital, you may receive a survey in the mail from an independent health care research firm. This research firm conducts random surveys with our patients on our behalf. We value your feedback and appreciate your time to complete and return the survey. Your feedback will help us improve our services for future patients.

Reporting Compliments and Concerns

We welcome any concerns or complaints, as well as compliments or recommendations for improving care. Please feel free to complete a Patient Comment card included in your admissions folder, or call Patient Relations at 808-881-4744.
