Patient Relations

Patient Relations representatives serve as your advocate, providing a link between you and the hospital. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Contact a Patient Relations representative at 808-691-4602 or send us a message via the form below. 

We can assist you with:

  • Questions about patient rights and responsibilities
  • Compliments or concerns about care and services
  • Provision of language services, including interpreters and translated documents
