Visitor Policy

• Two visitors allowed at a time.
• Visitors with respiratory symptoms should not enter the hospital.
• Masks are not required unless the patient’s condition calls for transmission-based precautions. Private practices (non-QUMG) leasing space may set their own masking policies.
• Food and drink are not permitted in patient rooms.
• Visitors must stay in the patient room except for restroom or meal breaks.
• COVID-positive patients may not have visitors. Exceptions may be made for beginning-of-life and end-of-life care.

Exceptions may be made for pediatric, labor/delivery, and end-of-life care.

The safety of our patients and caregivers remains our highest priority. We continue to proactively follow federal and state guidelines to ensure Queen’s remains a safe place to deliver and receive high-quality, compassionate health care.
