Anger Management Course

The Anger Management Course aims to increase awareness of anger as a normal, human emotion which can serve us in positive ways if managed effectively. Course content includes:

Understanding common misconceptions about anger
Identifying different styles of dealing with anger and the possible consequences of each style
Increasing knowledge of bullying / abusive behaviors and healthier alternatives
Distinguishing behavior, thinking and emotions to better understand the choices we have in responding to situations
Increasing skills to stop blaming others and to accept responsibility for our choices and the possible consequences
Gaining tools for more positive self-esteem and interactions with others
Understanding the significance of forgiveness
